Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products returned without their original packaging or missing accessories may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Consumable items and accessories once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

- Photos or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for valuable products.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
